Shay Davis, widely known as “The Runway Diva,” is an accomplished supermodel, actress, motivational speaker, on-air personality, model coach, and brand ambassador with extensive experience in the fashion and entertainment industries. Her career has taken her across the United States and internationally, with runway and fashion experience including New York Fashion Week, Paris American Fashion Week, Macy’s, Dillard’s, and the Georgia Bridal Show, along with numerous television, advertising, and publication appearances.

As VMAX’s Fashion Runway Coach, Shay brings her real-world industry experience directly to our students, teaching runway techniques, confidence, poise, stage presence, professionalism, and showmanship while encouraging each student to develop their own unique presence and personal style.

Timothy Altadonna is an accomplished Retail Visual Merchandising and Merchandise Presentation professional with more than 20 years of experience in retail management, fashion merchandising, visual presentation, customer service, and leadership. His expertise includes product placement, floor sets, styling, branding, and creating engaging retail displays.

As VMAX’s Retail Visual Merchandising Coach, Tim provides students with hands-on instruction that connects creativity with real-world retail and fashion industry skills. He helps students develop creativity, confidence, teamwork, professionalism, and career-readiness while introducing them to career opportunities in visual merchandising, retail, fashion, and styling.

Jessica Guiffre is an experienced actor, singer, dancer, choreographer, and youth acting mentor with an extensive background in theatre, improvisation, character performance, and live entertainment.

 

As VMAX’s Character/Acting & Theatre Arts Coach, Jessica uses her professional performance experience to help students develop confidence, stage presence, character development, improvisation, movement, teamwork, and creative self-expression while discovering the excitement of bringing stories and characters to life.

Zelda Lynette is a Professional Talent & Runway Coach, model, model coordinator, and Certified Professional Life Coach with extensive experience in fashion showcases, runway productions, and model development throughout Florida and beyond. Her experience includes New York Fashion Week, Orlando Fashion Week, Orlando Swim Week, and numerous fashion productions as both a model and model coordinator.

As VMAX’s Mastery Coach, Zelda works with advanced students to refine their runway skills, confidence, professionalism, audition readiness, leadership, and industry preparation, helping them transition from student development toward real-world opportunities. She also brings a strong educational background in psychology and counseling to her approach to coaching and mentorship.

Jezra Allen is a fashion designer, sewing specialist, and Founder of Jezra Couture, with professional experience in garment construction, costume design, custom apparel, alterations, and fashion production. She holds an Associate of Science in Fashion Design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and has designed custom garments from concept through completion.

As VMAX’s Fashion Design & Sketching Coach, Jezra helps students explore their creativity while learning the fundamentals of fashion design, sketching, garment concepts, fabrics, and bringing an original design idea to life. Her professional accomplishments include being named Best Fashion Designer 2025 by LuxeStyle Magazine and winning first place in a Cirque du Soleil Costume Design Contest.

Adina Sutton is a licensed cosmetologist, model and creative coach, arts educator, and experienced runway professional with a passion for helping young people develop confidence and authentic self-expression.
